Upscale Carbon is a proud signatory to the Code of Conduct

As a carbon service provider who is a signatory to the Code of Conduct, we are held to a higher standard of client engagement and aim to provide industry best practices for carbon projects.

This means we ensure that consumers (i.e. landholders) are provided with enough information to make informed decisions, contacted early and appropriately, and engaged in a meaningful and transparent manner.

The Code of Conduct is a formal document that outlines industry best practices for carbon project developers, agents, aggregators and advisers and represents the minimum standards that all Signatories agree to meet.

If you engage with us formally, we will send you a fact sheet on the Code of Conduct and give you a rundown of our comprehensive complaints process if you ever have any concerns.

The current Code text is the second version (v2.0) and came into effect on 1 July 2021.
